Privacy & cookies
Soft-launch notice for EU visitors. FightAlpha keeps analytics optional and avoids sending identity or betting inputs to analytics tools.

Necessary storage is used for login, security, and remembering preferences such as cookie choice, auth state, and newsletter prompts. Analytics and marketing storage are optional and can be chosen separately in cookie preferences.
fightalphaCookieConsent:v1.FightAlpha uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on public marketing, event, and matchup pages only if you accept analytics cookies. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use and interact with FightAlpha through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve pages, product experience, site performance, fraud/security review, and future marketing or advertising measurement.
FightAlpha also records cookieless aggregate pageview counts for basic operations and marketing measurement. This records page path, page title, date/hour bucket, and coarse referrer source/host. It does not set cookies, create visitor IDs, store raw or hashed IP addresses, store full user-agent strings, or track unique visitors.
Website usage data may be captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies after consent. Microsoft may collect and use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can reject analytics cookies and still use the site. We do not intentionally send Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity your email address, Firebase UID, Stripe customer ID, entered odds, budget, calculated stakes, or individual personalized premium picks.
Google Signals and ads personalization are disabled in the site analytics configuration unless separately changed with appropriate consent. Rejecting analytics in cookie preferences stops further Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity loading on future visits unless you accept again. Marketing cookies remain separately selectable.
FightAlpha may use Firebase/Google for hosting, authentication, functions, database, and logs; Stripe for payment processing; MailerLite or another newsletter provider for opted-in alerts; Resend or another email provider for transactional email; and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for optional public-page analytics, and marketing/advertising providers if enabled with consent.
Account and access data is kept while the account is active or needed to provide support and audit access. Payment and revenue records may be retained where needed for accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Premium calculation history is retained for profile history, debugging, abuse monitoring, and support unless deletion is requested and no overriding obligation applies.
Rate-limit buckets are short-lived and automatically cleaned where TTL is enabled.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to processing. You can also withdraw newsletter or analytics consent. Email support@fightalpha.com to make a request.
Processors such as Google/Firebase, Stripe, newsletter, email, and analytics providers may process data outside your country. Their transfer mechanisms and safeguards apply to their processing.
Admin tooling is protected by Firebase authentication and admin claims. Client-side visibility is never the security boundary; protected actions are enforced by backend functions.
